[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these pillows in 2020 and loved it. It has a 5-year warranty, so I assumed the pillow was still good. It isn't. The pillow doesn't last five years. Assume you're buying one every two years. The memory foam just dies and your sleep slowly gets worse and worse.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firmness and quality are great! As for the length I should have read it a little more carefully, to short for a queen bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow is a must have. Without it I was having neck pain during the day. Once I started using the Tempurpedic neck pillow that issue is nonexistent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tempur pedic neck pillow arrived very quickly and I was looking for to my neck relief. It helps somewhat but maybe the firm doesn't work for me. It helps a bit and maybe over time I will feel some relief as the pillow starts to loosen up but right now it doesn't give immediate relief. Quality pillow for the price & quick delivery, but not necessarily for neck relief.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not comfortable and I personally would not recommend it to anyone. Also need to be more specific on the 90 day return policy. I could not return 2 pillows but if I purchased a mattress I could have, what the is the difference?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was recommended to me by a friend. I have arthritis in my neck so getting comfortable while sleeping is important. Took a few days to find that sweet spot, but am now enjoying a good nights sleep with my new pillow.
Be aware that this is a very firm pillow. I have purchased these pillows in the past and loved them. This new one is too firm and I can't use it as I have neck issues. I don't know why the foam was changed, certainly not for the better. Guess I'll use it in the garden as a kneeler when planting.
