Why am I writing a review for a pillow? Because I feel cheated by Tempurpedic. My recent customer experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Yes, I bought this neck pillow and despite carefully measuring to their guidelines, the pillow turned out to be nothing like what I expected. It fails to provide adequate support for my neck and shoulders, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. It's really small and the firmness of the pillow is another major issue for me. It feels incredibly firm, almost like laying my head on a brick. What truly heightened my disappointment was Tempurpedic's customer service and return policy. When I contacted them about my concerns and discomfort with the pillow, I was told that it couldn't be returned or exchanged. I wish they would have made it way more obvious that was the case with pillows before I bought it, otherwise, I would have thought about it twice before paying so much money for this pillow. Is the return policy on their page? YES IT IS. Did I see it? NO I DIDN'T...but...does anyone???? The reason given, as relayed by their "highest" customer service representative, was baffling-something about recycling concerns, which seems arbitrary and inconsistent given that they can recycle a giant mattress but not a small pillow...that comes with a removable AND washable cover....so so strange... This experience has left me feeling undervalued and cheated as a customer. It's evident that Tempurpedic's priority lies more in maintaining their policies, than ensuring customer satisfaction. Their response to my concerns reflects a lack of commitment to their customers' well-being and a high commitment to absurd pillow policy. I am now out a high amount of money, but Tempurpedic continues without a care in the world about my issues...why would they? I already paid them. I truly am deeply disappointed with both the Tempurpedic neck pillow and their customer service. I regret it so so much...I would advise against purchasing this product and would caution others against doing so unless they are certain it will meet their expectations. Tempurpedic's unwillingness to accommodate a dissatisfied customer like myself has tarnished my impression of their brand and has ensured that I will never purchase a single product from them ever again.

I know it is the pillow because I do stretch every day and by nighttime my neck doesn't hurt as much as when I recently wake up. I called the customer service line to see if they could help me find a different option and "Exchange" or get a voucher for another pillow, but they said no. I'm very disappointed, I ordered this pillow because my partner has one from years ago that is very comfortable. I'm afraid they changed it and now this is "Bait and switch".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few months of neck pain, which included getting massage to try to address it, it came to me, "You need to return to using the TEMPUR-Neck contour pillow." (About a year ago, after I simply had to toss my old contour pillow from too many years of use, I switched to a different type of pillow.) So, following my intuition, I bought a new contour pillow. After some effort to break in the pillow a bit (e.g., sitting. on the pillow for a while), I slept on the new pillow. The next morning, my neck felt much better and after the second or third night, it was completely gone.
