He, like myself, had a very old pillow that was rock solid in comparison to our new ones. After one night, he immediately started noticing improvement. We've now had the pillows for maybe a month and neither of us have any of the issues we had prior! I definitely recommend investing into Tempur-Pedic ANYTHING! Our mattress is also Tempur-Pedic and it is fantastic.

I bought this pillow based on reviews I had read regarding the best pillow for TMJ sufferers. I was very excited and anxious to get this pillow to help with the intense pain I experience at night while sleeping. This pillow is VERY firm and small in size. And now I wake up with neck and back pain. I know it says "firm" on the description but I was expecting a little bit of cushion since this is a Tempur-pedic pillow but there is no cushion or give to the pillow at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
