Needs design adjustments

I found the medium/extra-firm at Home Goods and decided to try it since I have yet to find the perfect pillow as a side sleeper. The first night I tried it, my neck burned with pain, so I flipped it around to the short side. At that point, I actually slept. The issue with the tall side is that the slope is too long, putting too much pressure on the neck. The neck needs to rest where the pillow supports head weight. That said, the long slope now supports the top of my head, and the valley creates a nice little cradle with less pressure on the ears, which is quite nice. The short side doesn't quite fill the shoulder gap, but it works for now. If the curvature was more balanced, it just might work well for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed, the pillow was small, more like a travel pillow, doesn't fit any standard sheet, no support due to low profile pillow. Excellent construction but too low for me. I'm only 5'3" so my neck is short and small shoulders and this pillow was more like a kids pillow. Now my other pillows I have I jump from roof top how much I love them. This one just doesn't work and I spent so my money on the pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the pillow. It feels great on my neck but it's ridiculously small and not a large!! I also ordered the symphony pillow and that is large. A regular size pillowcase does not fit the neck pillow. It's frustrating. I have called and emailed saying this is not a large. It's for a kid. Great pillow ridiculous size
