I had ordered on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning to change to medium. Customer Service (not available on Sunday) said I had to call within 2 hours of ordering (even though they weren't there???). The pillow is too large for me, not returnable. It is hard and having difficulty adjusting to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I knew my pillows were just not cutting it. I bought this pillow in hopes that all the rave reviews were real and I can say, they're real! The aches are almost minimal to none!
