Fixed my neck!!

I went from a very soft decade-old pillow to this very firm pillow so the learning curve was STEEP. It took ~2 weeks to adjust but since the first night, my neck and traps haven't felt better (I no longer need to stretch them)!! I loved the small/medium heights. They are a little shorter than other companies' pillows and I find that the medium fits perfectly for my build and keeps my neck super neutral and aligned. Life changing. I will caution that my ears do get a little sore because of the firmness but it seems worthwhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard enough for side sleepers. But it's too hard for back sleepers. And I fall in the middle of two sizes, so I chose the smaller one according to the size chart. I was wrong. The bigger one fits better. But it's not returnable.

I bought this pillow when I was 18 and badly hurt my neck, I am now 38. It has been on every camping trip I have been on, every night spent at my sisters house and every vacation. It is old now and starting to fall apart a bit, but it has some life in it yet. Needless to say, this is a great pillow. It is soft, works as a leg or back pillow, and that perfect spot of firm and soft. Pro-tip: it folds perfectly in half and packs easy. (Also serves as a good reading position). Hope all goes well!!! :)

Order a size smaller if you're on the fence. I'm a side sleeper and was deciding between a small and medium- definitely should have gone with the small, because the pillow is taller and firmer than you might expect. Also cannot return or exchange.

I called customer service to exchange it for a large but unfortunately they don't even consider the exchange even though I didn't even open the plastic wrap. NO MORE Tempur- pedic products for me.
