Poor service, No return policy

I went into store to specifically get measured so I could purchase correct size. Clerk did not know of how to measure. After I referred her to website a measurement was attempted. Although I laid down for a moment at the store, after I tried it first night, after just a few minutes, I could not continue due to pain in my neck. My pillow was also way too firm (unlike the sample pillow I tried at store>) so now, I am told it is not returnable. I would happily settle for exchange for smaller size, but according to chat help, that is not possible. Now I am out a lot for a very expensive pillow. Never deal with TempurPedic. VERY poor customer service. Who doesn't allow at least a 10 day return? No such thing as full support for their Product. I would have given ZERO stars if possible. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered two pillows to replace worn out tempur-pedics we had for years, thought the sizing was about the height, not the width--the medium were so small that my pillow cases were floppy all over. Couldn't stand it, the return policy is non-existent. So, my pillows are in a closet as back up and I ordered something else.

I recieved a pillow and when I took off the washable I found a pillow with something that either is mold and something that looks like a small hair, it has this black substance all over it. Ofc reached out to Tempurpedic and sent photos and they will not issue a refund. For those who want to see a photo I am posting on Reddit and Google.
