My sister and I accidentally purchased the same pillow from our Mother for Mother's Day. I called to return my product, which is both unopened and unused. They explained that the pillow was nonrefundable and that no expectation would be made. I asked if they could reconsider since we both purchased the same item for the same person. I was met with a resounding no. The members of the escalations team were both aggressive and rude, which was confusing to me because I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. It suggested that the company might be having financial difficulty. At one point the representative outright told me that she was going to disconnect the call. I understand items being nonrefundable, but for them to be so adamant about not providing a refund is alarming especially if they language stating that you will not refund is not placed prominently on the website. These items are not cheap. Unfortunately, due to the egregious unprofessionalism of the staff, I'll never purchase here again.

Conversation with representative revealed guarantee in confirmation email only applies to mattresses. Have not been able to break in or use the pillow. What a waste...
