[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like your pillows, had several. BUT, my fault, I ordered the wrong size. After opening the delivery box, I recognized the mistake. And did not open the plastic covering. I called to exchange the 2 pillows for the right size, but I was told because they were delivered, could not exchange them. Still sealed in the plastic but can't use them. So sad. Not happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were excited when we found tempur-pedic due to constantly waking up with sore necks with many pillows. First of all, the quality is solid but it just didn't work for us. The first 5-10mins were great and we thought we found the perfect pillows. However, after sleeping on it for 1 night, we woke up with neck pain and back tightness. Now regarding the return policy, Tempur-pedic double charged my credit card and sent me 4 pillows instead of 2. While the pillows were in original packaging, sealed and untouched, customer service refused to offer any help and joked that I can give them out as gifts. Now I am stuck with 4 pillows. I have to say their sales strategy is creative though - double charging customers and sending them extra pillows but no return allowed. Good luck and hopefully I am the only person who experienced this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two TEMPUR-Neck Pillows, Small, as there was a "special." After opening and using ONE of the pillows for < week, I determined that the pillow was not an appropriate size... I was looking for TMJ & neck pain relief and it felt as if it exacerbated it. I reached out to customer service to ask about exchanging the second pillow that was still unopened in it's original plastic packaging AND box. I was stunned to receive a hard NO. I find it ironic that the company's reply included the line "As a zero-waste company, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on comfort items like pillows due to their personal nature" yet the company accepts returns on mattresses? Again - I was looking to exchange an **unopened, unused** pillow and was declined. We have a Tempur-pedic mattress and sadly, the company has lost us as a customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the same pillow in small, but needed a larger one for side sleeping. But this one is way too firm. Feels like you're laying on a brick. I hadn't removed the factory-sealed plastic and had the original box, but was still told I could not return it. That's a terrible policy for those who live in rural areas and have no options to go to a store to feel it first (which is what I was told I should've done). I won't order a pillow from Temperpedic again.
