[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Is my second Tempurpedic pillow. I'm very disappointed with the comfort. It's definitely not the same as my first pillow that I purchased four years ago. It's hard, it's not comfortable, and it's too flat. Apparently, I didn't read the fine print because I thought I could return it within 30 days. However, when I called customer service, I was informed that the warranty only applies to mattresses. This will be my last Tempurpedic brand pillow.

I am strictly a side sleeper and struggled to find a position using multiple pillows to decrease the pain in my neck and trapezoid muscle. Desperate, I gave tempur neck pillow a try. I can honestly say after a few days the structure and support of this pillow has decreased my discomfort significantly. It supports my head and neck reducing the pull on my muscles. I highly recommend to those who suffer from neck pain.

Buyer Beware, Do not purchase from TempurPedic. First of all, the advertising about how superior their mattresses are is just that, advertising. Second of all, take a few minutes to read my rather long review before you make any decision, it will be worth your time. I bought one of their mattresses many years ago through a local store, and at a cost of around $3,000.00 I was looking forward to how much I would love it, and I trusted that it would stay comfortable for many years. Unfortunately it started sagging and softening rather quickly, after about a year of use. I was at that time rather thin, and I was the only person to use the mattress, so its rapid deterioration was no fault of my own. My second and last experience with TempurPedic was less costly but just as disagreeable. I purchased one of their neck pillows thinking that it would help my neck and shoulders tension. Unfortunately after trying the pillow for about 5 minutes upon its receipt, I realized that it would be impossible to have a comfortable night sleep while using it. I therefore immediately started a return procedure, only to discover that TempurPedic does not accept any pillow to be returned! I am guilty of not checking their return policies before my purchase because, one more time, I fully trusted their company. The infuriating thing is that the pillow is absolutely in pristine condition, having been used only for a 5 minutes trial while protected by a clean pillowcase. Meanwhile their return policy for their mattresses is a 90 days trial period, after which you can return the mattress if not fully satisfied! So, they will take back a used mattress that people have been rolling around on for three months, but not a perfectly clean pillow used for a few minutes! I shudder to think of those poor unsuspecting customers who purchase a TempurPedic mattress without realizing that it might have been used by someone else for three months! It is disgraceful and dishonest. I will never trust that company again, I found out the hard way that they are despicable and totally untrustworthy.
