When I chose the large, I thought it was longer in size, but when I received the pillow I was surprised to find that the word 'large', refers to the height of the pillow and not the length of the pillow (but that was never specified when I bought it online). I am very disappointed and would have liked them to exchange it for a shorter and longer one because I suffer from neck and back problems, but they told me they don't do exchanges or refunds.

The pillow is smaller than I expect but man this pillow is great it's comfy for me and I don't snore anymore my throat, doesn't hurt and my wife is happy she gets to sleep comfortably again.

However, when I received it, the pillow was uncomfortable and It was harder than expected. I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange and they couldn't help me. I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that's uncomfortable. Not a fun experience!

My neck cramped after one night sleeping on such a hard and uncomfortably designed pillow. Truly I was shocked. Lying on the Tempur-Neck Pillow feels like lying on a bouncy water balloon.
