[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased tjis pillow because i have neck pain everytime i wake up in the morning but to my surprise it got worst and it did not help. I tried to return it or exchanged but they said its not allowed. I just throw away my hard earned money

Still experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there'snothingthey can do. I love Tempur Pedic mattresses but their pillows are horrible.

I thought they were talking about the length of the pillow that's why I measured my shoulder to head. Instead it was the thickness. I bought the small thinking it would still have a thickness to it to support My next and I felt like it was made for a toddler. I haven't used it one night. I'm still using my Old one. What sucks and I knew I shouldn't have bought it was no returns on pillows. Huge waste of money and I don't know anyone who would enjoy this thin of a pillow.
