Worst pillow

Please don't waste your money. I used this pillow and my neck pain actually WORSENED. Also you should be advised of 2 things: 1. The size of the pillow is smaller than standard size. BEWARE 2. Tempur Pedic has a no return policy for pillows. So if you purchase a pillow and don't like it, be advised you are forced to keep it. This policy is so unfair. Other retailers let you return the pillow, so I would advise you to purchase your pillow from another retailer in case you don't like the product and want to return.

The pillow is extremely uncomfortable. It's WAY TOO firm, far more firm than it needs to be to provide neck support. AND IT CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!! Which is did not realize. That was a lot of money to spend on a pillow I can't even use.

Tried pillow for 2 weeks, neck pain and headaches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really had my hopes up that this pillow would help my neck and back pain. I am a back and sometimes side sleeper, was surprised that after measuring the small pillow was recommended. After 2 weeks of trying to get acclimated to the pillow my neck pain has worsened and I am experiencing headaches in the back of my head daily. I understand that neck pillows require greater support, but this pillow feels uncomfortably hard. Even the small pillow feels too large, my neck is supported at a steep angle particularly when sleeping on my back. I have to abandon it, which sucks because it was expensive and cannot be returned. Proceed with caution.

I'm a side/back sleeper and it supports my head great. I haven't woken up with a sore neck since I got it!! Love it! highly recommend
