I decided to the get another cloud pillow plus this neck pillow to replace the previous and and AHHH IT FEELS AMAZING. The first night I laid my head on it, I didn't know why I waited so long to place my order

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used the large neck pillow. As we've aged, it started to feel "too high", so we went with the smaller pillow. The height is fine on the smaller pillow, but had we known that the overall size of the pillow was substantially smaller, we never would have bought them. There are no specifications (sizes) listed on the website so we had no idea what size it would end up being. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS.

I purchased the small Tempur-Neck pillow which is supposed to be 3.5" tall. Now, the site specifies that sizes are approximate, but does not say by how much. My pillow ended up being 3 1/8" tall. I spoke with both returns department and warranty department, and apparently this much difference is not considered a defect. I was told different measurements as the margin for variance by different representatives. No one could provide me with proof of how I was to know that this much variance could be expected, only that the site lists that "sizes are approximate". The representatives I spoke to were polite, but overall I would say customer service was not good. You could try this pillow in store before buying (like I did), but that doesn't mean you can count on getting the right size pillow when you order.

I have had severe neck and shoulder pain for so long. I saw this and thought that can't possibly work. Then read the reviews saying it's too hard. First it is not too hard and from the first night I slept on it I slept through the night for the first time in a long time and woke up with no pain. It's been a week and a half and I now sleep through the night and wake up refreshed and pain free every morning. I never want to slept on a regular pillow again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] finally a pillow that provides actual support for side sleepers. as i was getting into my 40s, my shoulders were killing me every morning. now i wake up without shoulder pain. this is not a soft pillow, but that's kinda the point. if you want support, you don't want a soft pillow.
