I really wanted to like this pillow, but after about two weeks my neck is killing me every time I sleep on it. I have tried everything and it is still hurting my neck. I bought the correct size and followed all the instructions. I wish I could return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck part is fine. It supports me better than the former Temper-Neck pillow which was probably worn out after ten years. I am disappointed that the new pillow, though a larger, is shorter lenghth-wise than the old one. It doesn't look as good on my bed when it's made, and the shorter length is sometimes not as supportive as the old one.
