[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow to replace my old (probably still fine, but was many many years old) Symphony pillow. I love this pillow so much, it even comes with me when I travel. It's large and heavy to travel with, but sleeping on any other pillow will mess up my neck. It's definitely worth it!

I don't know if we can get used to them or not. My wife is still not using hers. I am trying to get used to mine. They are not the same as we got from you the first time.

If there was a option for me to give 0 star I would. I just received my pillows about half and hour ago. Right away I noticed my neck pillow is small in size. I ordered a size large on the website but somehow page didn't refresh or whatever, and it is stayed as medium and way too firm. I was very excited about the pillow as it was a gift for someone with neck pain. Called customer service, and told them that i need a size bigger but they wouldn't do it. Apparently it's considered used when it is delivered and it was delivered earlier this afternoon. Did not even use it. Still in the box wrapped in plastic. What a horrible policy and customer service. Explained the situation to a representative and a supervisor, they basically told me i am stuck with it or donate it. Supervisor also hung up. I am sure their other product may be good. But policy like this bad and customer service like this, i would not recommend this company.
