We had Tempurpedic in the past but switched to another brand for awhile and it was not a good experience. We are glad to be back!

I found this pillow to be much too full for my petite frame and so firm that it hurts my ear, resulting in tossing and turning all night. I now realize there is a competitor product that seemingly addresses these shortcomings and has a 60-day return policy so will try that next. Wish I had done that research before purchasing this one since it's now a waste of my money.

While this pillow has forced me to sleep on my side, thus relieving neck pain exacerbated by stomach sleeping, I don't sleep particularly well with it. Despite getting a small size, it's still too tall for my petite frame, and so firm that it kinda hurts my ear so I end up tossing and turning all night. I now realize there is a competitor product that seemingly solves these two problems and has a 60-day return policy - I wish I had tried that first since this pillow is now a waste of money since I can't return it.

When I ordered the pillows, I did not realize I could not return them. What I saw on the website was that I had a 90 day trial to make sure I liked them, but that only applies to a mattress. My fault, I did not read all the fine print. I feel like a company like Tempurpedic should be more transparent. I do not like the pillows, they are hard and uncomfortable.
