Better than anywhere else!

I tried a few pillows of the same shape from other brands online, but none of them even came close to this one. It kept its form and held up so much better! It was pretty firm the first few nights but didn't smell and it settled into the perfect amount of comfort and support. I also move around a lot and switch sides through the night and with this pillow I am comfortable on my side, stomach, and even my back (although I am mostly a side/stomach sleeper). I have some chronic shoulder pain and I don't feel it at all while I sleep!
I would recommend this to a friend!

After taking measurements, I ordered the medium size. The thick side was gigantic compared to my neck. The narrow side wasn't much better since the entire pillow is very stiff. I hate this pillow and am going to throw it out.

I bought a new one because I thought it would be better than the one I had been using for a while. It disappointed me a lot. It should be reasonably soft and supportive, but it was hard and my head felt numb and painful after sleeping. The box was already thrown away so I couldn't return it and now it's trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased over two months ago and have been using nightly since. I predominantly fall asleep on my side and wake on my back. I am 5 ft 6 inches with bigger shoulders. Make sure you measure your shoulder as suggested in the product. This helped eliminate/reduce my neck pain and subsequent headaches. However it was quite firm bordering on hard and after a few months of use, the pillow is not as relieving or comfortable as it was initially. Also, the pillow is incredibly small and you will need a specific special pillow case for it. Our regular non-king size pillowcases are much too large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only sleep on my side and have a lot of back issues. I did the measurements as tempurpedic informs you to do before buying the pillow. Based on the measurements I needed a large. I advise you to probably size down if you order this pillow. The shape of the pillow creates a roll or wave effect so if your pillow is too large, like mine, then your ear is pressed against the top of the pillow where it is the highest and it is the most uncomfortable pillow. Unfortunately they have a zero return policy on pillows so I basically have to throw this away and look elsewhere for a new one. My suggestion is if you can't try this pillow out in person then look elsewhere.
