Made my neck hurt, and sad that there are no returns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sprang for this pillow, paying the substantial bill because I thought I'd certainly be getting a guaranteed comfortable product for my balky neck and head. Unfortunately, the height and angle didn't work well for my frame, and I only found that out from trying it for a few nights. Despite persisting, I found that it didn't get any better. I had taken the gamble because I (mistakenly) read that Tempur-pedic gave a multi-month satisfaction guarantee; unfortunately, I hadn't read carefully enough to see that it didn't apply to pillows; likewise, Tempur-pedic doesn't accept returns or offer credit, so I am stuck with an expensive pillow that I can't use. :(

Slept on pillow for one night, next day had problems with fingers on left hand. Later that day had pulling problems with left arm. Went to chiropractor to get spine back in line. I'm now going 3 times a week to correct problem. Sorry I slept on pillow, I'm feeling very bad now @ I threw it away.

This pillow is miniature - smaller than a queen pillow by a lot. It looks like a children's pillow. It is too wide on one side and then flatter than a pancake on the other. This was a terrible purchase
