[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not long enough, It's too hard, It just doesn't work. Then, they won't let you return it even if you never opened the package. obviously, Temperpedic knows it's a piece of crap and they don't want it back. That really is a shame as we absolutely love our Temperpedic mattress.

I've owned a tempurpedic neck pillow before and it was a medium soft memory foam. Years later I ordered another one and it is beyond hard. Like sleeping on a hard loaf of not memory foam but dense matter. Do not buy this item as it is non returnable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st off - just let me say that I am madly in love with my 10(+ ??) year old tempurpedic mattress. If/when we need a new one, we will definitely be getting another Tempur-pedic. That said, I'm far less in love with the tempurpedic pillow. It is just too hard & too heavy. I ended up putting it in a giveaway pile & getting a more maleable one from Sleepnumber which is fine (but ideally, I'd like one in between!) I wish there was a return option w/ the tempurpedic (with a short window or a special disposable slipcover - to protect the pillow but still allow for a prompt return - but sadly there is not.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is expensive for a pillow, enough to make me wince, but if you need a neck pillow you need a neck pillow, and this one is firm, and shaped just right to my needs. I was nervous to buy it initially due to cost but now I am very happy I did.

I've tried many pillows over the years to help my TMJ problem and pain. Nothing has worked and then I saw online that this pillow is best for it. So I tried it. It's very supportive and now I have NO TMJ pain!!! I think you'll experience the same relief.

The first week was extremely uncomfortable using it, and I've since given up. I did read that the foam needs to be broken in, but currently this pillow is breaking me in. Will keep trying to soften it up so I can sleep with my neck straight.

The neck pillow is hard as a rock. I am very disappointed in it and was so hoping it would work for me since I have had nek surgery with disc replaced. It would be nice to return or at the least exchange for another pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used tempo pillow before and I changed other brand pillow. Because I used tempo pillow long period time, so I wanted use other brand pillow. Then I felt neck pain and numbness on my right arm. Finally, I realized that pillow was problem. I changed pillow to tempo then all neck pain disappeared. I strongly recommend tempo brand.
