I bought one with my last new Tempur-pedic pillow, and it kept the pillow in great condition over the years.

I was really hoping this pillow would reduce my snoring. My husband reports that my snoring has not changed. My neck hurts in the morning after using this pillow too. I was hoping that I might adapt to this style of pillow; however, this has not happened after a week of use. I am no longer using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this pillow for a couple months now. At first it was a bit too firm, and using it as the picture shows (head resting on the larger side) actually caused pain in my neck. I had measured my neck distance before purchasing, but was worried I may have got the wrong size still. However, I started sleeping on the smaller side and it's been great. So far no cricks in the neck when I wake up, and my head and neck feel much more supported. I have also noticed less tension in my shoulders. After a while the pillow gets less firm and that's when I feel it really begins to do the trick. I feel like I don't have to support my head with my arms under my pillow anymore, like I've done with other pillows. Takes time to wear it in but I would recommend this for anyone who gets frequent neck cricks or has tension a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not prepared for how hard it is - as a point of reference it's like resting your head on the console or armrest in the car. Also, I measured for sizing and the size is not true to what the website indicates. My neck lays on it and I have to actually bend my neck for my head to rest on it too. Very expense and I cannot tell a noticeable difference in my neck strain.
