After the first night of sleep I noticed my neck felt a lot better and the curvature in the pillow helped in decompression. Overall I've been sleeping a lot better. Highly recommend.

But I've ordered a small and medium to see which size would fit best and I believe there should be an in-between size between the two. The small is too small for my neck to shoulders, and the medium is too big. Overall, it would be the perfect pillow if the sizing was spot on.
