[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The title said "large" but it is smaller than small. A size for babies, but falsely titled large, very deceptive. Comfort wise it is like putting my head on rock or a wooden log. I would give negative five if I could or at least a zero but none of those are options. I contacted the customer service with the size concern, they said "the size is mentioned on the website" therefore can't take it back even though it is still in the original pack and unused. This is absolutely strange. If customer is dissatisfied, the seller takes the product back happily and with apology. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH TEMPERPEDIC. I was about to buy a king size mattress from Temperpedic, but thank God, I know the reality of Temperpedic now. I would never buy any temperpedic product nor would I recommend.

I have tried so many name brand and generic pillows over the years. Many companies claim that their pillow is firm, but it is not! The Tempur Neck pillow is PILLOW PERFECTION!!! I LOVE THIS PILLOW!!! It is the best most comfortable pillow that I have found! It is indeed firm support as stated & maintains a comfortable temperature. My sleep quality has improved greatly! I bought the large size and it provides a very comfortable sleep while on my side or back. I am so pleased with the Tempur (firm) Neck Pillow that it has become my new birthday gift to family and friends. My daughter and husband love this pillow so much they have asked me where they can but a second one as a reserve. Firm pillows aren't for everyone, so some may be caught off guard when they try a (firm) supportive pillow for the first time. But, if you are looking for a true ergonomic FIRM neck pillow, I suggest giving this pillow a try. I think it's the BEST!!!
