After I returned and used this pillow again, my neck pain subsided. Last week I bought another one for backup. My dog also loves this pillow and tries to steal it from me at night.

Instead of getting relief from my neck pain, I get more tension. When I called to see if I could exchange the pillows, the person in charge would not help me. He was mean and insensitive. I will never purchase any item from them again. I will tell everyone I come in contact with about this. It's unfair I couldn't exchange the pillows when two of them were not even opened.

For years I woke up with neck/back pain from pillows just not made to slept on, honestly I feel like any other pillow is just a bed decoration at this point. Just because the pillows you buy at the store have a picture of someone sleeping on them really doesn't mean a thing. This tempur-pedic pillow is ACTUALLY designed for you to sleep on it! I cant stress that enough. Once you lay on this pillow you will be amazed that you spent years sleeping on literally anything else.

The pillow had only been in my possession about 10 minutes at that point, but I was told that pillows could not be returned. I had seen the "90-Night Trial" guarantee that said, "If you don't love it in the first 90 nights, you can send it back"--but only after the fact saw that there is an asterisk there, and this does not include pillows. Caveat emptor!
