I have purchased Tempur neck pillows in the past and loved them. The foam is different now and way too firm for me. I can't use this pillow and I guess I'll give it away if anyone will take it.

I have 3 of these bad boys - one fer sleep, one for travel, one BRAND NEW one I just bought in FEB 24. Worth it for future use just in case. I have tried a few others. Then tried recent Sleep Number forget it - OOPS, didn't work for me. Neck still hurt. Waste of money now. I tried it. My 1st one, I still have from way back and STILL works fine for travel. Looks funky. works! So, I will stick with TEMPUR till I goto Glory. I am totally sold on TEMPUR pillows. DO I recommend it? Bet your sweet bippy I do. Buy one u be glad too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THE Neck Pillow" is no more. For some reason, the size, quality and support has CHANGED. I've been using the neck pillow for decades. This new rollout and revamp is terrible. No support, the pillow flies all over the place because it's light as a feather and it is sized for a child. Worst of all, coming as a total curveball I am out the money. Tempur isn't doing anything to make this right. Don't make the mistake especially if you are familiar with the neck pillow and what it used to be. So sad because neck issues are a real thing and this pillow imo isn't going to help many people.

Poor package. The pillow was open and soaking wet. Not firm at all. What a mess and waste of money. Pick up from a store if you can.
