[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is fine, but I would suggest that you make it clear that 'large' refers to the height of the pillow and not the length. I assumed the later and was surprised to see a 'short' length pillow. If I had known this I would have probably ordered two 'Medium' pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is way too firm and they are not wide enough as they don't even fill a regular size pillow case. Originally my order was lost in mail and customer service was wonderful in getting replacement order out. However my emails and order was misleading as I honestly thought I had a trial period. Now I'm told I can't return these or get my money back. Do NOT order these unless you are confident you want an extremely firm pillow!!!

Discovering the size was not appropriate for my body, this item has never been opened. The company was not responsive to exchanging it for the small size. The item remains unopened in the sealed box it arrived as I pursue options to recoup costs donating for a tax deduction.
