[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've figured out you don't necessarily have to buy a whole mattress to fix your lower back and neck issues. Your mattress is too soft, and this will get worse every year. Your back will stay tense all night bracing itself without enough support from the bed itself, contributing to daily chronic pain. But if you have something comfortable and reliable to hold your head and neck in place, it serves as a scaffold for the rest of your body. It's like a flotation device while you're in bed. And the Temperpedic memory foam does feel like quality. It's been a game-changer for me. I went ahead and bought a small one for my daughter and for my wife. They appreciate it now, but I know they will appreciate it more as they get older.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Large thinking it was a Queen or King size in diameter but the size refers to the thickness and this pillow is way too thick. I didn't remove the plastic packing it came in and wanted to return it but Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns or exchanges (even if it was never opened) So now I have a very expensive pillow that I cannot use. Will not ever be purchasing any Tempur-Pedia products... This rating does not deserve any stars. Feeling Ripped Off.

Once you buy a pillow, its non-returnable once you open the product. I never slept on it, but opened it to see if I would like it or not. This pillow is hard as a rock! Wife said just return it. It was then I discovered the 'return policy' is very one-side towards Tempurpedic not the buyer/consumer. You're SOL so-to-speak if you open it. Too many other viable alternatives to this over-priced product with more reasonable return policies to consider. Do you research up front! Don't be me.
