[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tempur-pedic pillows for 25 yrs. I used to use the standard contour pillow but switched to the large one a few years ago which works better for my side sleeping. I just gave my old ones to my assistant and she loves them! Mine seem to last about 3 years.

Be aware that this is a very firm pillow. I have purchased these pillows in the past and loved them. This new one is too firm and I can't use it as I have neck issues. I don't know why the foam was changed, certainly not for the better. Guess I'll use it in the garden as a kneeler when planting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was expecting it to be the same as my old pillow. Same model, it said "classic" so I assumed the tempurpedic foam would be the same. Not the same though. My original pillow was very hard, slowly softening with body warmth. In the winter, while camping, it was so hard in cold temps that you could easily knock someone out with it. Sounds odd but this is what I wanted. The new one is too soft. It feels like the one I already have that's had 10+ years of constant use. My old one got too soft so I thought I'd get another. But the new one already feels broke down. The shape is idential, so is the cover. The foam isn't. I like it, would even recommend it, but it's not "classic" if it's not identical, imo.

I've had these pillows for two weeks now and they are still too firm that it bothers my neck and head. Hoping they will soften soon.

Worst pillow you can buy if you have any kind of neck pain

This pillow was the WORST pillow you could buy if you have neck pain. I bought it for my husband and after trying to use it for a few days he ended back in his doctors office who advised him to stop using the pillow immediately. Please do not buy this pillow. I doubt that they will post this review but if they do you will have to go through a huge amount of good reviews till you get to one that doesn't have 5 stars. They say satisfaction guaranteed but they LIE. They will not even let you exchange the pillow for a regular one. I am curious how many reviews I will have to go through to see this one. I will be shocked if they even post it.
