Other pillow manufacturers offer return or replacement. Not tempur-pedic. Looking for another pillow. To much to spend and have to donate to charity. Hope it will help someone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my fourth TempurPedic pillow. I also have a travel size. For many years I have not gone anywhere without my pillow. They have all seen a lot of the world. I used to have serious neck problems, causing terrible headaches. I credit my pillow for being now headache free.

Purchased a neck pillow and it didn't work for me! I followed the guidelines to get the right size, but it is just to firm for my neck issues. I contacted customer service and they said sorry you are unhappy but there are no refunds on pillows although they offer a 90-day sleep guarantee on a mattress. Most of the other pillow Companys offer a refund if it's within the time frame. Won't be purchasing from Temper-Pedic again! I realize that everyone's experience is different, and probably 9 out of 10 the pillow is a good fit but how Customer Service handles issues is important when purchasing!

Large Neck Pillow is very SMALL

I bought a "Large" Neck Pillow but when I received it it was very small. I have a California King size bed and this pillow is teeny. I tried to return it and it has not even been opened but they would not let me return it. If you sleep on a large bed I suggest you check out the number of inches because what Tempur Pedic thinks is large is NOT.
