Woke up with extreme neck pain

I've had this pillow a few months and haven't really used it because it doesn't seem appropriate for sleeping at night. But I used it this week and woke up with severe tightness and pain. Really bad. I am a healthy 35 year old. DO NOT USE. It's not comfortable. Not supportive. And they won't give me my money back...terrible company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was somewhat skeptical of this pillow when it first arrived.....I thought for sure I would not cozy up to this pillow (no pun intended) I tried for a few hours every night to see if in fact could help my sore neck. Now I can say for sure it is my go to pillow for proper neck position while sleeping. I will admit it is a hard pillow to get use to but hang in there and you will see the benefits. Beside the draw back that it is not returnable sort of keeps you in the game. I also have a tempur-pedic mattress so I do know the quality of their products!!

The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.
