[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned Tempur-pedic mattresses and pillows for years. I was looking for an updated side sleeper pillow. I measured as they recommended, but this pillow is hard as a rock and never softened to take the shape of the head and neck like I would expect from a tempur-pedic. It caused terrible neck pain. I called customer service and they offered no help whatsoever. If you are considering this pillow, I would recommend another company with a better return policy and one who stands by their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this style and size pillow from Tempurpedic for over 20 years and this recent purchase was a huge disappointment. They are far harder than in the past. So much so that it hurts my ears when laying on my side.

Beware - No returns

Tried to return a pillow in original unopened packaging and was told that it couldn't be returned due to the company being "zero-waste" which makes absolutely no sense when they accept returns on their matresses after allowing them to be used. Very disappointed. And their "zero-waste" policy actually just results in more waste due to throwing away unused product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow gives my head and neck the support I need to have a great night's sleep. A good night's sleep goes a long a way and this means I am a better person during the day because of it. I no longer have that tired after lunch slump, or walk around rubbing my neck due to residual pain from last nights "rest." I encourage anyone who suffers from minor neck pain, and sleepless nights to try this pillow for a better night's rest.

If you are purchasing this to replace the same pillow from a few years ago, it is not the same pillow. It's much smaller. No returns even if unopened. Customer service was no help. I will be unable to use this micro sized pillow. Very disappointed and wish I had read others recent reviews.
