[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big hopes for this product, but the high side is too large for under my neck and the small side is just flat, it isn't a soft small neck roll to place under my neck, sadly I am unable to use it. I am a big fan of Tempur-pedic products , I have two Tempur-pedic beds , but this pillow disappoints.

Softest Pillow Ive ever Owned But Still Unable To Sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard good reviews about this pillow from a friend, so I bought this pillow in hopes of eliminating my neck pain. I purchased the medium-sized contour. The space between my shoulder and neck measures about 5.5 inches. The pillow is extremely soft. However, when I lay down my head, the pillow puts too much pressure on the back of my neck and I cannot sleep. This is the weirdest thing because I've never had this happen before. I have tried using both sides of the contour but no luck. Unfortunately, because this product is a pillow, I cannot return the item or get my money back. I realize this is likely a unique situation, but because I cannot sleep while using this pillow I am only rating this pillow 3 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While expecting a tempur material where the pillow molds to your head on the famous memory foam, I received a pillow that is made of a polyurethane material that is quite hard. Unfortunately it can't be returned or exchanged so it is a gambling, you may like it or not, and no way to secure customer satisfaction. I reached out to customer service, and they told me that the pillow has a break-in period, and will slightly soften over time with regular use. While I keep using it and waiting to get soften, a month later, I will keep my three stars for the lack of clear information on what to expect in their web site.
