[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased this same model pillow 14 years ago in 2009, loved it starting day one... had it for 14 years and finally decided to buy new pillows for whole family including my two children for Christmas! I bought the same model for my wife and myself and other models for my two kids. Love this particular model, still the same quality and gives you great neck support which is very important to me because I work on computer all day and always needed good neck support at night and this model was perfect fit for me. The sweet dream continues and looking forward to more sweet dream for next ten plus years!! Thank you for making great product!!

I ordered a small and it was still way to big. Not to mention it's incredibly hard. I feel like I threw my money in the garbage.

I've had cervical/neck issues for a long time do I was hopeful this pillow would help with my neck issues but I was amazed that it even took away my shoulder pain. I highly recommend this pillow.

This one is so much lower and gives my neck time to relax. I'm hooked! Wish you sold pillow cases to go with them because they don't fit any regular sizes. Just a thought, The product is top notch.
