[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used an original Tempurpedic Pillow for 20 years and this newer version does not feel the same. I am going to see if it becomes more comfortable over time. I cannot recommend this one until I see if it becomes more comfortable with time. I still prefer Tempurpedic pillows to the standard non memory foam pillows. I love my Tempurpedic mattress though and highly recommend getting one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the pillows and have been using one for 15 years. Thought I would treat myself to a new one and ordered a medium. Unfortunately it's too thick and they don't take returns on anything but mattresses (used it two nights), so I have a pillow that hurts my neck. When ordering keep in mind that even if it hurts it's yours to enjoy. If your feeling lucky, order a pillow and maybe... just maybe you'll get the correct thickness.
