[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a good pillow for someone who has neck problems. Pillow doesn't conform to neck that it gives you a stiff neck. Tried to return it but I was told that they are non-returnable. And I bought two of each size .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the small since I'm 5' tall and about 110lbs, but it's too small for me. It would be great as a travel pillow, maybe. But I'm disappointed because I can't return or exchange it for the next size up. For the cost of these pillows you should be able to exchange them if you find they don't work for you.

There are zero returns or swaps for Tempurpedic pillows so I would size down. I got the medium (per measurements) and it was too big for me, so now my husband uses that one. Such a bummer since our past pillows and mattresses have been awesome.

It took a night or two to get used to the shape of this, but after that I slept SO well. And my headaches have minimized in frequency by a lot.
