[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a neck pillow for years, in the 70's I was in a car that got hit from behind, my doctor told me to use one. Tempur- pedic neck pillow is the best I've used. I've had two smaller ones. I keep one in my suitcase for when I travel. Now that I bought this medium size one which I love, I use the smaller one between my knees for sleeping on my side, for my back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This purchase was to replace a Tempurpedic pillow that was probably 20 years old (and should have been replaced 10 years ago). My only advice is that I would have gone 'up' a size,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure the pillow is normally great, as I've seen many positive reviews for it, but it is way too hard for someone that suffers from TMJ. I originally bought the pillow to help me sleep on my back without turning over in the middle of the night, but it didn't prevent that at all and gave me horrible flare ups in my jaw even when laying on my back or side. Still might be worth a try if you don't have jaw pain! Just make sure you can handle a very firm pillow.
