My neck started hurting, and I wouldn't consider purchasing it again unless they offer a softer version with the same design. To firm!

I ordered a large pillow thinking it would be longer than the small or medium. When I received it and saw that it looked rather short. Called CS and they informed me that s/m/l referred to height of the pillow. I asked if i could exchange it, unopened. Told explicitly, no exchanges, no refunds. Horrible customer service. Never buying anything from them again. Was about to buy their bed, but wanted to try pillow first. No bed now!!!

Absolutely worst pillow I have ever used. I'm a physical therapist, so I have a very good background on proper neck alignment while sleeping... this product is terrible. I was tossing and turning for hours because it does not give your neck/head the proper support, and it felt like sleeping on a brick. Very disappointing coming from one of the supposed top names in the business. And they don't even stand behind their product... no returns, which I will admit, is clearly stated. If they knew they offered a good product, they would at least offer credit to their website for people who aren't satisfied. Try another pillow, and another company.
