[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second neck pillow I've bought from Tempur-pedic in the last 15 years. My original pillow (still perfect) left as my daughter sneaked it out of the house as she took it with her to work at a ski resort in Colorado! I tried to sleep without it but after one month I started getting really sore neck pains. After deciding I needed to order another one, my neck once again felt immediate relief with my new Tempur pedic neck pillow. I don't think I'll ever not have one on my bed again! I was surprised that the style and feel didn't even seem to change in 15 years, goes to show that when you get something right- you don't change it. Thanks so much Tempur-pedic!

Instead of getting relief from my neck pain, I get more tension. When I called to see if I could exchange the pillows, the person in charge would not help me. He was mean and insensitive. I will never purchase any item from them again. I will tell everyone I come in contact with about this. It's unfair I couldn't exchange the pillows when two of them were not even opened.

After I returned and used this pillow again, my neck pain subsided. Last week I bought another one for backup. My dog also loves this pillow and tries to steal it from me at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This proved to be too firm out of the box, so I called to begin a return. The pillow had only been in my possession about 10 minutes at that point, but I was told that pillows could not be returned. I had seen the "90-Night Trial" guarantee that said, "If you don't love it in the first 90 nights, you can send it back"--but only after the fact saw that there is an asterisk there, and this does not include pillows. Caveat emptor!
