[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had two older neck pillows. Easily 10 years old. I picked the largest available option and it is still significantly smaller in size than the previous model I bought which is ridiculous as it's like a also 4 inches less wide despite being the largest one they sell. It also seems to be more firm than the ones made in the past. It's reasons like this which are causing me to worry if I am to buy a new age tempurpedic mattress it's not going to be as good as the old ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wake up with a little pain in my lower back. Since I started using this pillow is gone. I didn't realize how high I was using the pillow for a side sleeping creating unnecessary pressure on my lower back.

I also got one for my daughter with sleep apnea but she refuses as she says it is like sleeping on a rock. I would like to return them as they were only used once but I can't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's hard as a rock. Beyond being uncomfortable it actually caused me to have even worse neck pain the next day. Can I return it? No because I bought it online Can I exchange it for a different pillow that isn't like resting my head on a table? No because I bought it online. I didn't see the fine print about this. Deserves no stars bc the company doesn't even allow exchanges which they supposedly do with mattresses. I purchased one for my friend and myself and he hates his too. Gave him neck pain for a week. So my neck is worse and I'm out a bunch of money. They say in 14days it will soften but it's been almost a month and there's no change.

I have used the Tempur-Neck for many, many years however the pillow received this week is not nearly as good as previous versions. It seems to be a different material, it's much harder, doesn't compress as easily and hurts my neck and ears. None of the previous pillows I've had in the past have been problematic. I'm extremely disappointed, the older versions have always been a lifesaver for my neck problems, this new version is a hindrance not a help.

Just recently, I invested in a newer, larger one. And it was the right move. I sleep through the night without tossing and turning as much and my neck never feels aches or pains like it once did.
