I am a chiropractor and this product is awful. I had high hopes due to the promised quality. It brings the head far too far forward and is far too firm and unsupportive for side sleeping. This product caused neck discomfort I've never had. Went back to much cheaper pillows. TERRIBLE PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY. I will never recommend them. Keep in mind the fine print states you cannot return this, while simultaneously saying they 100% stand behind their product.

Undersized pillow makes bad fit for queen or king beds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned TEMPUR-Neck Pillows in the past. It was time to purchase a replacement so I did through the TEMPUR-PEDIC website. When the pillow arrived, I was shocked. Unfortunately, the new version of the pillow is a ridiculously small 20" wide. This product is totally inappropriate for a queen or king bed!

The part that goes under your neck is just too bulky, and the foam is too firm for us. I wish there was an exchange option because we'd send these back if we could.
