[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those sleeping on your back AND your side choosing the correct size can be confusing and costly. We ordered Tempur-Neck pillow size medium and after 2 nights came to the conclusion that we should have bought small. When I contacted Tempur pedic to exchange them they informed me that because they had been used, they could not be exchanged. We had been using Tempur pillow for many years so new that with the correct size we would like them so decided to buy small pillow. So, if in doubt about which size to buy, go to a store and don't buy online. 5 stars for the pillow - 1 stars for the exchange/return policy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is small so I didn't think it would help alleviate my neck pain, but it did! I don't move when I sleep now and I'm not having to pop my neck as often anymore. Nor do I feel the pain like I used too. I thought the pillow I normally used was the best u til I started using the neck pillow. I also bought the body pillow and between the two pillows, I sleep through the night.

With two fused discs in my neck, I have a hard time using other pillows that leave me with a sore neck and numbness. It can take time to get used to the pillow as it is so different from standard pillows, but it is so worth it.
