How and why are you allowed to return a bed where people can pee and sweat on it but you can't return a pillow? Had one of these that was a little softer, but lost it in a hotel so I got this new one and it's hard as a rock. They told me I needed to break it in for a few weeks. Meanwhile I had to suffer with headaches that were so intense because of it I was unable to use the pillow to allow the break in time, I had to give it away for Christmas. The only reason why I gave three stars is because of the shape and size. I'm pretty sure if I allowed myself to deal with the headaches for a month I would've been able to break it in like they said, but who knows I never got that far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has used a Tempurpedic pillow for 20 years. I bought him a new one at Christmas and thought the large was his perfect replacement. I was wrong. His previous one was smaller. He is 5'11 and I assumed the large would fit but it has left him with neck & back pain. When I bought the pillow I saw there was a 90 day money back guarantee but missed the note below that said pillows were excluded. As 20 year owners of a Tempurpedic pillow and mattress, we have not had a good experience with the large size pillow, only because the size is not right. The quality is excellent but our review is three stars because the pillow is not the right fit, causes pain and it can not be exchanged.
