This was the worst experience I had from buying a pillow The pillow is super uncomfortable, after using it for a couple of nights, in the mornings I woke up with very bad neck pain and headache. The pillow is not cheap and there is no return or replacement policy

I laid on them for less than an hr with a pillow case over the plasctic and they still would not return them Said they are a non waste company. Waste their customers money. How about you donate returns that make your clients medical conditions worse to homeless shelters and truly be a non waste company! Never do business with them again. complete rip off!

I've been seeing chiropractors for over 40 years and as my neck evolved have needed to switch to different orthopedic pillows. They weren't working very well anymore so tried this Tempur-Neck pillow, so glad I did, Happy Neck returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a back sleeper, I did the measurements on the sizing chart, but I think it's just ever so slightly too tall for me. It works if I kinda scrunch it up over my shoulders, so I still use it, but I do often wish I had bought a small instead of a medium. It is firm enough to be supportive (my last pillow was rock hard and I loved it), but it's also pretty soft on the outside, so I think it'll work for people on both sides of the firmness debate. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase, I might just buy another size down when I eventually replace it.
