It was an expensive lesson and I regret buying it. Unfortunately I was told it was not a returnable product. If this is inaccurate send me instructions on how to get a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is stiff as a board and terribbly uncomfortable. Tried to return it, but Tempurpedic won't take any returns. So I'm stuck with a pillow I can't use. It's one thing for tempedic to sell these uncomfortable pillows, but it's terrible business to not take any returns and force customers to live with the poor decision to trust this company and purchase their products. My pillows are now sitting in the box since I can't return them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functions as described as far as quality of the foam, but I thought that the "small/med" designation referred to the height of the ridge under the neck. The pillow itself is about the size of a couch pillow, so if one person is using this, and the other pillow is regular, the bed looks very lopsided when made. Regular standard pillowcases are way too big, making for a very loose sloppy casing. I have to fold over at least 6 inches on one side and about a foot on the long end, and that never stays put while being used. I would still recommend it, but I wish it was closer to the size of a standard pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When they say firm, this pillow just that. I want to love it but I feel like the support side is too high. I am 6' tall and after measuring saw that this was the one suggested. I am a back/side sleeper. When I am on my back it is fine but if I side sleep too long my neck hurts. I think I am on week three and will give it a few more nights. If that doesn't work I am going to shorten it a bit.
