Not only was the pillow too small - not the size I currently have - but the foam is different, and not as comfortable as the one I currently have. Read the fine print - the pillow is NOT returnable - so I have a pillow that I cannot use.

Too high, hard and stiff

Bought online this small neck pillow to replace my old one (which I love), to find out this new one is 1.5 in longer, 1.5 In wider, 1 in thicker and much harder and stiff than my old one. Definitely a different kind of foam. Called to get a refund and was informed that any purchase online is non refundable. Tempurpedic, never again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed immediately that I have less neck pain when I sleep on this pillow than I do when using a regular pillow. It lost 1 star for me because the bump that supports my neck is just a little too tall and firm to be cozy.
