I am a side and back sleeper and I have been on a hunt to find a pillow that offers neck support and comfort. Unfortunately, this is not the pillow. While the pillow offers a section for neck support, it is so firm that it is uncomfortable and renders the dedicated neck support useless.

I followed the chart and ordered a large. This size does not fit so I asked for an exchange. They are not honoring an exchange due to being zero waste. I caution you not to buy as you may end up in the same situation.

It is made of high quality materials and send like it will keep it's shape for years to come. Two draw backs are that it doesn't consistently reduce snoring of back sleepers and it's very difficult to find a pillow case for it's special size.
