[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience was not good.. this pillow is small. For a child small.. I ordered it online. Went to the nearest store to buy an adult sized pillow and they wouldn't sell it to me. Said they would have to order it again online. They had the pillow I wanted but the pillows there were for show. The sales person was not helpful and just walked away.. didn't even apologize. I'll never buy anything from tempur pedicure again.

Purchased two of these pillows knowing that they were not returnable for any reason but trusting that we would love them as much as we've loved our Tempur-Pedic mattress. We found them to be very hard and uncomfortable. Had high hopes for relief from neck pain for one of us and an anti-snoring effect for the other. Helped with neither issue. So sorry that we didn't choose pillows from a company with a higher regard for the satisfaction of their customers, offering a trial period and return option if needed. We rarely give negative reviews but, when asked for our rating, decided to share our honest opinion.

I purchased a Tempur-pedic neck pillow based upon the website and answered the questionnaire fully. Upon receipt of the pillow, I discovered that it was not a good fit and was causing problems with my neck. I contacted the company to find out about a replacement only to find out they do not have a guarantee on any pillows. Be sure you notice this before purchasing from Tempur-pedic
