[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it.a few weeks now and still hasn't relieved neck pain. Measuring from the head to end of shoulder doesn't help when sleeping on your back. The bump is too big and does not cradle the neck.

It has started causing me neck and shoulder pain so I have to stop using it. In addition there is no return policy and i basically threw money down the drain. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
