[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems like very high quality of foam! Contour pillows are hard to find. A worker at one of your stores recommended to get on line to order one! I had been all over town that day looking for a pillow and my last stop was your store! I have a lot of problems with my neck so it needs to be Contoured! Interested to see how long it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this pillow previously, years ago. I just repurchased and am disappointed that it has changed from what it used to be. This pillow is way too firm. I could only sleep on it 2 nights and now have extreme headaches from using it.

I ordered a pillow from tempurpedic and am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. The pillow is hard and small. I went with tempurpedic because of the brand name and am told that there are no returns due to the personal nature of pillows. However you return mattresses which are just as personal and much harder to return. I am very disappointed in your company.
