[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Uncomfortable and the shape of it mad super uncomfortable and was not convenient at all. It was extremely stiff and hard that it was giving me neck pain-couldn't keep it for longer than a an hour. I had to give it away because I couldn't exchange nor return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is sooo comfortable. You'll wake up feeling refreshed. But be careful, the bottom big cushion is not meant to rest your head on. Though it's tempting. You might be thinking, "well obviously, the directions don't show that's how you're supposed to use this." And you would be right. But you come home after a long day, and you go right to bed, and you're only focused on going to sleep, the second your head hits the pillow your eyes are closed, and next thing you know you have to get up. Then you have this weird neck pain all until the middle of the day because you used it wrong. BUT if you use it right, then, THEN, is this pillow amazing and comfortable. You'll wake up feeling refreshed. In all seriousness, if you use it the way the picture is displayed, you'll have no problem sleeping well. It's a great pillow, and I highly recommend

I called immediately after opening the package because this pillow is way too hard. It has not been used but I'm not able to return it. This is very disappointing because the 90 day trail is only for mattresses but it's not clear that this doesn't apply to pillows. I feel like the advertising is very misleading and will never purchase another product from tempurpedic again.

I've had a 24-inch neck pillow from Tempurpedic that I bought 18 years ago with a queen-sized mattress. It has been wonderful. But this new pillow doesn't mold to my head or neck. It's like sleeping on a car tire. Hurts my ear. The fabric is very cheap compared to the original ones. I was so excited to get it that I guess I didn't read far enough into the reviews. Definitely DON'T EXPECT TEMPURPEDIC QUALITY IF YOU BUY THIS! IT'S AWFUL!

Didn't work for me, plus issue with credit card charging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it helps others but I needed something to support my neck due to general neck pain and the pillow made it hurt worse. Also, they double charged my credit card. I used the chat support to ask for a credit for the double charge and that rep. said he couldn't do it but he'd pass the issue along to the proper department to handle it and they'd get back to me with the resolution "soon"... I have yet to hear from anyone. Now I have to find time to call during business hours (which is hard for me due to my work schedule) and hope that whoever answers can actually help with my credit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had hoped to find a solution to my snoring problem, and based on online reviews found the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow to be highly rated. I tried sleeping on it for three nights and found it to be very uncomfortable, not permitting me a good night's sleep on any of those nights. When I contacted the company to request a return authorization and refund, I was told that they do not accept returns. This is the only bedding company I have ever dealt with that will not permit returns or even offer a partial refund if the item is donated. I am now stuck with a pillow that I cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time user of Tempur-pedic products so when some of them reach their end stage of life after consistent usage, I found myself needing more support so I opted for the Large neck pillow instead of the one I've been using which was the normal size or medium. So when I got it delivered, and tried it for the first night, it took some getting used to as it was larger and there wasn't as much give to it as what I'm used to but as each night progressed, I found my support, more comfort, and generally more of a better sleep with this pillow than I have in a pretty long while. Cannot complain about Tempur-pedic being the industry standard for memory foam style sleep products!!!
